Moussa A. Khoury

Moussa A. Khoury 

Advocate Moussa A. Khoury is the founding partner of MAKLAW. He has been practicing law since 1983.

Besides having practiced law in Paris (France) for more than ten years, he has founded MAKLEGAL (Dubai) which is part of Hiba Maani Advocates and Legal Consultants, a Law Firm licensed to provide legal services in the United Arab Emirates. He is specialized in Civil, Commercial and Corporate Laws.

He is specialized in Telecommunications Laws and regulations. He is also an arbitrator, accredited at the ADCCAC.

Moussa has been for more than fifteen years accredited as the legal counsel to various ministries in Lebanon. 
Joumana Khoury Nassar

Joumana Khoury Nassar

Advocate Joumana Khoury Nassar is currently MAKLAW’s managing partner. She has been practicing law since 1989 and holds an LLM degree in International Law from Paris II University (Panthéon-Assas).

Joumana is in charge of files of SMEs, both local and regional. She is also in charge of negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts of both local and international implications. Joumana is involved in taxation issues and in family conflict resolution. She holds a diploma in mediation.

Joumana is an active partner in a local NGO who is devoted to bringing together Lebanese children and youngsters of different communities in a defiant rejection of any sectarian and communitarian behavior.

Emile El-Khoury

 Emile El Khoury

Advocate Emile El Khoury has been practicing law since 1998. He is in charge of supervising and conducting all cases and litigation before the various Lebanese Courts. Emile is specialized in Inheritance Law and procedures.

He is accustomed to conducting amicable negotiations preceding the filing of legal claims, mostly in labor cases. He also defends clients charged with minor criminal offenses.

Emile has been involved for more than a decade in the management of a town community.

Grace Bou Merheb Harb

 Grace Bou Merheb Harb

Advocate Grace Bou Merheb Harb has been practicing law since 2002. She is actively involved with the US legal system, and has been for many years the accredited counsel in Lebanon to one of the preeminent international companies dealing in the advanced technologies field.

Grace counsels also for members of the Lebanese Diaspora for preserving and / or claiming back their properties in Lebanon.

Grace is involved in promoting Corporate Social Responsibility in Lebanon. She is the legal counsel to many NGOs, both local and international.
